Description du contenu de l'enseignement

Content (Project management) (6h CM, 8 hTD) :
  • Understanding the issues of a project organization for the implementation of change in the company.
  • Inspiration from different project management methodologies and their specificity (PMI, Goal PLAN, Agile methods...).
  • Knowing how to anticipate by relying on: the quality approach, the process approach, the risk analysis by the practice of the CIPE "horizon" project game, the construction of objectives.
  • Documentation of a project, capitalization of knowledge.
  • Identification and taking into account the key factors of success.

Content (communication) (4h CM, 8h TD) :
  • Relations with the media (operating rules of the main media).
  • External communication products (press release, press conference, interview).
  • Scientific communication.
  • Patent.
  • Presentation (technical, scientific, general public...).
  • Student work: bibliographic report.

Compétences à acquérir

Objectives:
  • Understanding of the issues of a project organization for the implementation of changes in the company.
  • Learning from different project management methodologies and their specificity (PMI, Goal PLAN, Agile methods...).
  • Knowing how to anticipate by relying on: the quality approach, the process approach, the risk analysis by the practice of the CIPE "horizon" project game, the construction of objectives.
  • Documentation of the project, capitalization of knowledge.
  • Identification of key factors of success.

Skills to acquire:
  • Know how to build a suitable project organization, by identifying the issues of the project, the actors and stakeholders, the risks, the constraints in terms of cost, quality and lead time, the key factors of success, the deliverables, the phases of the project, decision points, roles and functions of each, associated resources.
  • Know how to plan identified activities and follow up using planning software (MS project 2010, GANTT).
  • Experience with such a type of organization achieved during the team project.
  • Oral presentation (using powerpoint) of the project, summarizing the work, reporting throughout the project and enhancing the experience of a project presentation.
