Description du contenu de l'enseignement
Project management :
- Issues of a project organization for the implementation of change in the company
- Project management methodologies and their specificities (PMI, Goal PLAN, Agile methods...).
- Know how to anticipate by relying on: the quality approach, the process approach, the risk analysis by the practice of the CIPE "horizon" project game, the construction of objectives.
- Documentation of a project, capitalization of knowledge.
- Key factors of success.
